I already have a Q-park account on this number plate. When I drive into a Q-park garage, which account is used for the parking session?

If you have an account with a provider other than Q-Park and an XXImo account with Scan & Go, the transaction will be started on your XXImo account. This cannot be adjusted.

It can take up to 30 minutes for your transaction to show up in the app.

Contact the manager of the parking garage via the ticket machine or at the barrier. Do not buy a separate ticket, because then the parking session will continue.
