The QR code is not recognised by the door reader/does not work/the pedestrian door does not open/door does not open
Set the brightness of your phone screen to 100% and keep your phone about 30 cm away from the door reader. If the QR code still doesn’t work, report this via the intercom to the manager of the parking garage.
