Role & Responsibility

  • You are experienced in managing cross functional projects, building bridges between operations, sales, marketing communications, finance, reporting and IT;
  • You offer new and existing customers and partners optimal support in order to shape, adjust or expand the collaboration;
  • You are responsible for the project steering, support, alignment, implementation and coordination;
  • You will contribute actively to process optimization and efficiency improvement;
  • You are supported by an experienced multi-disciplinary team however you are the focal point in order to get the complete project delivered in a timely manner according to SLA;
  • You will report on project progress.

Knowledge, expertise & competencies

  • Bachelor or Master Degree;
  • 2+ year of relevant work experience in Project Management in a highly automated B2B environment;
  • You are curious and passionate about mobility innovation and it would be a plus if you already have experience in this work field;
  • You enjoy working in an international context, communicating primarily in English (+ other languages) and working - both internally and externally - with people from different (business) cultures;
  • You remain calm under pressure and are not easily frustrated or demotivated;
  • You live from a travelling distance to Utrecht or you’re willing to relocate and have a valid work permit;
  • Organized and result oriented;
  • You exhibit a ‘can do- mentality;

  • Experience with Office365 suite and Jira. and Confluence is a plus;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Other European languages is a plus.

XXImo offers a mobility solution that enables employers to give their employees complete travel freedom while retaining control over corporate mobility. Employees can access all forms of transport with a single mobility card and app. This makes it easy for them to book and pay for their journeys, from refuelling, parking, public transport, charging electric vehicles and car sharing to booking hotels and (international) travel.
