How do I request a charging key / EV tag for electric charging?
Do you have a charging key and is it broken, lost or stolen? Contact the XXImo service desk immediately to block the key and request a new key. You will receive this within a few working days.
Are you a new user with electric charging enabled? In that case, you will receive a charging key from us automatically.
