How does AutoIdent work?

The entire process takes about five minutes and can be completed using either:

• The IDNow AutoIdent App
• A web browser on a computer or mobile phone with a working camera

Steps:

1. Click "Start identity verification" in the email invitation.
2. You will be redirected to the IDNow verification system.
3. Take a clear photo of your ID card or passport. Ensure it is visible, with no obstructions, glare, or blurriness.
4. Take a video selfie, ensuring your face is fully visible and well-lit.
5. Enter the verification code sent via SMS to verify your phone number.
6. Submit the identity verification data.

Once completed, our KYC/KYB Team will review the verification and contact you if further action is required.
