How does ID Check work?

The process takes approximately two minutes and can be completed using either a computer or mobile phone.

Steps:

1. You will receive an email from our official address inviting you to start the process.
2. Click the verification link in the email. This will open your web browser on the IDNow verification page.
3. Take a clear photo of your ID document (passport or European ID card).
   1. Ensure the entire document is visible, with no obstructions, bright light, shadows, or blur.
   2. You have up to three attempts to upload a clear document.
4. Take a selfie, ensuring your entire face is visible and the lighting is sufficient.
5. Submit your verification for analysis.
6. Our KYC/KYB Team will review the information and contact you once the verification is completed.

If the photo or selfie is not clear enough, you may be required to repeat the process to ensure compliance.
