How does the virtual mobility card work?

The virtual mobility card is a visual representation of your mobility card. You can find it in the Milo app under ‘Cards’. The virtual card can be used for online payments or in third-party apps, provided the provider accepts Visa as a payment method and your employer has authorized you to use the specific mobility service.

To use the virtual card, download the app of a mobility provider such as Uber, Felyx, or Bolt. Create an account in the provider’s app, select Visa as your payment method, and enter the virtual card details from the Milo app into the provider’s app. Contactless payments with the virtual card are only possible if you add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
