I can no longer log into the app. What do I do?

If you’ve entered an incorrect password too many times, your account will be blocked for 15-30 minutes. After this period, you can log in with your existing password or, if you no longer remember it, choose to create a new one. To do this, go to MyXXImo or login screen in the Milo App and enter your e-mail address under ‘username. Next, click on ‘forgot password’. Fill in your e-mail address again and click on send. You will now receive an e-mail containing a link to create a new password. Once you’ve completed this, use your e-mail address and newly created password to log into both the website and the app again.
