I have entered an incorrect PIN three times. Why can I no longer use my mobility card?

Your XXImo mobility card is automatically blocked after three incorrect PINs have been entered. This is for security reasons. Unblocking is not possible. Contact your employer or XXImo to request a new card. This will be produced and sent within 8 working days. The PIN of your new card will remain the same.
