I’m unable to save my PIN. What’s wrong?
If you receive an error message when saving the PIN, you may have entered certain information incorrectly. You must enter the customer number shown at the bottom of the e-mail with your activation link. Check to ensure you’ve entered this correctly. An error message can also arise because you’re working in a secure environment. Try a different browser, that may help. If you continue to receive the message that the PIN cannot be saved, please contact us. It could be that your date of birth in our system is incorrect. We can easily adjust this so you can save the PIN.
