My company is exempt. Why is XXImo requesting UBO documents?
If your company claims exemption, XXImo will verify this using open-source data. In some cases, if the KYC/KYB team needs clarification on information gathered from open sources about the documents you submit, the team may reach out to you and request one of the UBO supporting documents.
