Our company has jointly authorized Company Representatives. Do we need to declare all?
Yes. If your company requires jointly authorized representatives to act together, you must declare all individuals who are required to sign jointly.
Our KYC/KYB team will:
- Verify each joint representative separately
- Ensure the structure aligns with the company registration extract or delegation documents
If your company has different authorization rules for different transactions, our team will inform you if additional verification is needed.
