We want to add or change a Company Representative. What should we do?

To add or change a Company Representative, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Customer Success team via email with the details of your request.
  2. The KYC/KYB team will verify the individual's authority and may request additional documentation.
  3. Once verified, our team will send a questionnaire to the new representative for identity verification.
  4. Upon successful verification, the new representative will be added to your company records.

This process ensures that only authorized individuals can act on behalf of your company.
