What does KYB mean?

KYB, or Know Your Business, refers to due diligence checks on our business partners, suppliers, and service providers.

This process includes:

  • Ownership and control structure analysis
  • Verifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)
  • Checking for compliance risks under Dutch financial laws such as Wwft and Wft

All financial institutions, including XXImo FS, are legally required to verify the background, legitimacy, and risks of business relationships.

Depending on our contract and business relationship, we may ask for additional details about your company.
