What happens if I refuse or fail to complete the questionnaire?
We are required to perform mandatory regulatory checks to be able to facilitate your payment transactions. We are legally not allowed to have customers or business relations whom we do not know, or whose information we are lacking. In order to make this process easier, we developed the questionnaires and automized the onboarding.
For new applicants who are unable to submit the requested information, we cannot complete customer onboarding and as such you cannot become a customer of ours. For our existing customers refraining from submitting up to date information may result in suspension of our services, contract termination or other remedial measures.
