Why was my UBO supporting document rejected?
Common reasons for rejection:
- Document does not meet the internal requirements outlined.
- The information submitted pertains to the incorrect entity.
- Document is incomplete (for example: does not show the full ownership structure and/or voting rights, economic interest percentages).
- Document is outdated.
The KYC/KYB team will specify the reason for rejection and may request resubmission of required documentation in acceptable format.
