As a Business Analyst you will work closely with the Product Owner (PO), acting as a requirements specialist. The PO manages the process of product development and optimization and you collect the requirements from the Business (such as Sales, Account- and Product Management and Marketing) and 'challenge' them.
You convert the requirements into complete epics, clear user stories containing SMART acceptance criteria, which you then take to the development teams and explain so that they are adopted from you there. This makes you a spider in the web of Business, UX-Design and Software Development. You can easily switch between the different worlds and know how to align them like no other.
For this role it is therefore important that you have strong oral and written communication skills. Being fluent in English and Dutch is a must-have.
In addition, you are a critical thinker who comes up with creative solutions.

This is what you will do:
- formulate functional requirements and integrate them into the backlog;
- present and explain requirements and solution direction to both Business stakeholders and the Development team;
- advise and support decisions on functional and technical matters within the possibilities of the existing technology and environment;
- providing solicited and unsolicited advice.
