The Implementation Manager at XXImo plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our implementation projects. This position involves implementing new internal processes and tools, as well as deploying our product with partners. We are seeking an enthusiastic new colleague with a blend of project management, technical affinity, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

You will be part of the Customer Operations team and will report to our Head of Operations. The rest of the team consist of different departments supporting our customers and partners. Role & Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for (partner) implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and partners.
  • Troubleshoot (technical) issues during implementation, working closely with internal development teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for (partner) stakeholders throughout the implementation process, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to review progress and gather feedback
  • Facilitate training sessions or workshops to educate stakeholders on product features, best practices, and support processes.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation documentation to continuously improve our implementation process.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Knowledge, expertise & competencies

  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in (Agile) project management, preferably within the technical industry or partner implementations.
  • Understanding of Agile way of working.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
  • Understanding of project management tooling (e.g. JIRA).
  • Organised, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proactive problem-solver, capable of identifying and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ability to switch quickly between different projects and manage priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to ensuring partner satisfaction and success.
