KYC/KYB Analyst

As KYC/KYB Analyst at XXImo, you will screen customers and business relations to prevent fraud, money laundering and the financing of terrorism. You do this independently or with the help of your colleagues if the investigation calls for it. You own the investigation and are of significant value in keeping our platform safe. You will have direct contact (via e-mail or phone) with these customers and relations, or you will direct the XXImo colleagues who maintain this contact.
Role & Responsibility
- Perform the complete KYC/KYB screening process for customers of all different sizes. XXImo works with sole traders as well as large international customers;
- Maintain contact with customers, relations and involved stakeholders;
- Contribute to projects focused on the constant improvement of our processes and toolstack (your ideas are more than welcome!);
- Your role reports to the Lead KYC/KYB of XXImo.
Knowledge, expertise & competencies
- You have minimal Bachelor working and thinking level;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written;
- You have knowledge of Dutch legislation and regulations concerning AML and/or KYC/KYB, or are willing to learn this quickly;
- You are communicatively strong and proactive;
- You have a hands-on mentality and are a team player;
- Knowledge and relevant work experience in the direction of CDD or KYC/KYB are a plus. For example, knowledge of business structures, financial statements, systems, determination of UBO's, etcetera.
We offer
You will join XXImo for 40 hours per week. After a training period it is possible to work partly from home, based on 40 hours, two days may be worked elsewhere. In addition, we offer the following:
- A salary appropriate to the position and responsibilities;
