With the workplace planner, employers can manage the available workplaces in the office with maximum efficiency. Employees can book a workplace in only a few steps. This is useful if you have fewer workplaces than employees, or if you have specific wishes for staffing levels on a day or spread over a week.
The available places are set to ‘open’, which can then be booked by the employee via the app. This can be set up completely according to preference: for various office locations, departments or floors. The workplace planner always shows an up-to-date picture of all (still) available places.
The workplace planner is available in the Milo app. The app employees can use to also easily arrange all their corporate mobility and register their homeworking days. The reservation can be booked in a few simple steps.
