How does the ID verification work via IDNow AutoIdent?

The entire process takes about five minutes and can be completed using either:

• The IDNow AutoIdent App
• A web browser on a computer or mobile phone with a working camera (we recommend using a mobile phone for better quality.)

You must have a mobile phone with an active number to receive a code and have your passport or ID card readily available.

Steps:

1. Click "Start identity verification" in the email invitation.
2. You will be redirected to the IDNow environment for the verification
3. Take a clear photo of your ID card or passport. Ensure it is visible, with no obstructions, glare, or blurriness.
4. Take a video selfie, ensuring your face is fully visible and well-lit.
5. Enter the verification code sent via SMS to verify your phone number.
6. Submit the identity verification data.
   
   

Once completed, the KYC/KYB Team will review the verification and contact you if further action is required. Failure to submit a picture of sufficient quality will require you to perform the procedure again.
