The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for shaping the technological direction of our company, designing and driving the architecture of our digital platforms, ensuring they align with our business goals, technological standards, and customer needs. Your focus will be on delivering scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions that support XXImo’s mission to lead the fintech industry in innovative business payments and expense management solutions within the mobility space.

As an Operations Support Officer, you will be at the heart of our back office, managing the technical and administrative processes that keep our operations running smoothly. You will handle customer onboarding, maintain system configurations, and ensure that data is accurately set up in our platforms. With your eye for detail and proactive approach, you play a vital role in the smooth execution of our operations, contributing directly to the success of our customers.

You are the main support for our sales activities. From providing essential support to our proposition & solution design team, you are the bridge between XXImo and our customers! Whether it's channelling questions to the right department, sending crucial documents and information (including those on legislation and technical setup) or managing sales processes, you have everything under control. Together with your colleagues, you play a crucial role in supporting our Proposition & Solution design team during sales projects, working out action points based on customer conversations. As icing on the cake, you are our indispensable partner when it comes to data analysis and customer satisfaction and performance management. With a keen eye for detail, you help interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.

XXImo is growing rapidly, and we are looking for talented individuals like you! As an Operations Specialist, you will manage various processes within the operations department. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers (both national and international), monitoring daily operations-related tasks, and improving internal processes.

The Executive Assistant will partner with XXImo’s Leadership to effectively manage the business cadence for the company and provide high level administrative and tactical support to our leaders. This role is essential in enabling the Leadership to scale up by managing day to day & mid-term activities and creating the space for them to work on long term strategy.
