How does the virtual mobility card work?
The virtual mobility card is a visual representation of your mobility card. You can find this mobility card in the Milo app, under ‘my payment cards’. You can use the virtual card for all payments online or in third-party apps. The only conditions are that the provider accepts Visa as a payment method and that you are authorised by your employer to use the mobility service. You can use the virtual card as follows: download the app from a mobility supplier, such as Uber, Felyx or Bolt. Create an account. Select Visa as your method of payment. Simply copy the data of the virtual card in the Milo app. Making contactless payments with the virtual card is not possible.
