My Mobility Card is not recognised, why is that?

There are two possible reasons.

  1. Has your XXImo Mobility Card already been activated? If not, please contact our service desk.
  2. The XXImo Mobility Card for electric charging uses an RFID chip for contactless communication with the charging stations. If you have the card in a wallet that contains another RFID card, then it is possible that the signal from the other RFID card will disrupt the communication between the charging station and the XXImo Mobility Card.
