My XXImo charging tag is misplaced, lost or stolen. What do I do?

Immediately block your charging tag in the Milo app (log in, choose ‘my cards’, select the charging tag and click on ‘block’). Alternatively, call our service desk via +(32) (0)78 353 452. After blocking the tag, a new charging tag will be created for you.

Have you misplaced your XXImo mobility card or public transport card or is it lost or stolen? These can be blocked in the Milo app as well.
