What kind of information will we ask for?

The questionnaire asks for:

  • Company details (company registration number, legal entity full name, official address, and your company registration extract)
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) (personal information of UBOs including full name and initials, place and date of birth,place and country of residence, UBO qualification, and UBO supporting evidence)
  • Company representatives (personal information of authorized individuals, signing authority, and ID verification of the company representatives who will sign the contract with XXImo and/or our partners/affiliates.)
  • Source of wealth/funds (recent annual reports etc.)
