What should I do to ensure my verification does not fail?
- Use a valid passport or European ID card (residence permits and driving licenses are not accepted).
- Allow access to the camera (and a working camera on your computer) because the toolstack will compare the ID card and photo to ensure that the ID holder is performing the ID verification.
- Ensure good lighting and a clear background to prevent shadows or glare.
- Have your passport or ID card available with you before you start ID verification.
- Avoid blocking or covering parts of your ID card and face.
