What UBO personal information is required?

We require:

Full name (all first names and last name)
Date and place of birth
Place and country of residence

This must be submitted via the online questionnaire certified by a company representative, along with supporting evidence. For acceptable supporting documents, click here.

Acceptable UBO documents include a recent UBO Register extract, certified structure diagram, company statement, ownership certificate, or shareholder register—issued within the last 6 months.

You can identify UBOs based on ownership, economic interest, voting rights, control, or directorship—anyone with significant influence over the company may qualify.
