Why does XXImo need Company Representatives' information?
Financial institutions are legally required to identify and verify all company representatives who have the authority to act on behalf of the company and will sign the contract with XXImo and/or our partners/affiliates.
To complete this process, we require the personal details of company representatives, including:
- Full name and initials
- Place and date of birth
Place and country of residence
Signing authority
Prefered language
Email address
