Meet the management
Chief Executive Officer
Martijn Koning joined XXImo in november of 2025, but is no stranger to XXImo as CDO/COO of Autobinck Group. Martijn studied Business Administration at the University of Groningen and held various management positions at KPN and served as CIO at Alliander before joining the board of management at Autobinck. The past 20 years Martijn was responsible for Digital, Omnichannel, Data & Analytics and New Business and at Alliander spearheaded the radical acceleration of the company’s digitisation strategy. Martijn knows XXImo well through his role within the AutoBinck Group board of management. He also guided XXImo in adopting the new way of working, giving him a strong understanding of the teams and their daily operations. Martijn will take on the CEO role combining this with his position on the board of management of AutoBinck Group.
Chief Technology Officer
Zaheer, XXImo's Chief Technology Officer since 2017, brings over 25 years of experience in IT leadership. He is renowned for his ability to transform and manage global technology teams. Passionate about the intersection of technology and business, Zaheer specializes in leveraging innovative solutions to drive growth. Under his leadership, the technology and product teams collaborate closely to develop XXImo’s mobility and payments platform with advanced flexible features.
Chief Financial Officer
Dennis de Vries oversees XXImo's financial accounting, business control and procurement functions. Before joining XXImo, he served a wide range of financial institutions, leasing and payment companies as senior manager in KPMG's Financial Service practice. He started his career at ING as internal auditor and business manager. Dennis holds a master's degree in accountancy from Nyenrode University and is a registered as Dutch Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer
Inge Hamstra joined XXImo in September 2024 as Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer. She brings extensive experience in financial regulatory law and compliance, with deep expertise in supervision frameworks such as the Dutch Financial Supervision Act and working with supervisors DNB and AFM. Inge combines her legal and regulatory expertise with her advocacy for diversity and inclusion in the financial sector to ensure robust governance and support XXImo’s sustainable growth.

He is key to building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring the company's offerings meet customer needs. Mike's leadership is vital to XXImo’s success and future direction.

Vincent has been XXImo's Head of HR since 2022, bringing over 8 years of experience in HR leadership. As HR leader with a passion for people and organizational success, Vincent specializes in organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management. Vincent is committed to driving strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. Under his leadership, Vincent ensures that XXImo remains a supportive, inclusive, and thriving environment for all employees.
Head of Product Management
Raphaël has been part of XXImo’s journey from day one, playing a pivotal role in transforming the company from a bold start-up into a leading fintech innovator.
With over 30 years of experience in the payments industry, Raphaël brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His career spans 12 years at Interpay and 5 years consulting for the Dutch banking sector, where he developed a deep understanding of payment systems and financial technologies.
In 2011, Raphaël joined XXImo to merge his passion for payments with the fast-evolving world of mobility solutions. Today, as Head of Product Management, he leads the team responsible for steering XXImo’s product strategy, ensuring innovation and alignment at the heart of the organization.
Country Director - DACH & CEE
Michael Grabmayer is
the Country Director for DACH & CEE at XXImo, and deals with the
expansion of innovative mobility technology across Europe.
With over 20 years
of experience in the technology and mobility sectors, he specializes in market
entries, strategic development and market expansion across Europe. Michael
joined XXImo from W.A.G. payment solutions where he was spearheading commercial
group initiatives and developing go-to-market strategies for major European
markets. Michael’s expertise spans across M&A, sales excellence, and
multi-channel sales organization transformation, making him instrumental in
driving innovation and growth within the tech and mobility sectors.
