Chief Executive Officer

Martijn Koning joined XXImo in november of 2025, but is no stranger to XXImo as CDO/COO of Autobinck Group. Martijn studied Business Administration at the University of Groningen and held various management positions at KPN and served as CIO at Alliander before joining the board of management at Autobinck. The past 20 years Martijn was responsible for Digital, Omnichannel, Data & Analytics and New Business and at Alliander spearheaded the radical acceleration of the company’s digitisation strategy. Martijn knows XXImo well through his role within the AutoBinck Group board of management. He also guided XXImo in adopting the new way of working, giving him a strong understanding of the teams and their daily operations. Martijn will take on the CEO role combining this with his position on the board of management of AutoBinck Group.

Chief Financial & Risk Officer

Dennis de Vries oversees XXImo's financial accounting, business control and procurement functions. Before joining XXImo, he served a wide range of financial institutions, leasing and payment companies as senior manager in KPMG's Financial Service practice. He started his career at ING as internal auditor and business manager. Dennis holds a master's degree in accountancy from Nyenrode University and is a registered as Dutch Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Revenue Officer

Mike leads XXImo's sales, marketing, and account management teams, playing a crucial role in driving the company's growth and strategic direction. With extensive experience, including his work at ICS where he managed new business and partnerships, Mike is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that align with XXImo's goals. He is key to building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring the company's offerings meet customer needs. Mike's leadership is vital to XXImo’s success and future direction.

Chief Product Officer

Raphaël has been part of XXImo’s journey from day one, playing a pivotal role in transforming the company from a bold start-up into a leading fintech innovator.

With over 30 years of experience in the payments industry, Raphaël brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His career spans 12 years at Interpay and 5 years consulting for the Dutch banking sector, where he developed a deep understanding of payment systems and financial technologies.

In 2011, Raphaël joined XXImo to merge his passion for payments with the fast-evolving world of mobility solutions. Today, as Chief Product Officer, he leads the team responsible for steering XXImo’s product strategy, ensuring innovation and alignment at the heart of the organization.
