In the Milo app, you can classify your trips as business, commuting or private, depending on your terms of employment. Make sure you classify all trips correctly and on time (this can be done up to about a week after the close of the month), so that business and commuting travel expenses are not deducted from your salary.

With this form, you can request to correct a misclassified transaction

  • This correction process is only meant for deductions that have already been applied to your salary.
  • Complete a separate form for each transaction you want to correct
  • Corrections are possible up to 60 days after the travel date
  • Missed check-in or check-out transactions will not be changed from private to another type of classification.
