Do I need to use the same contactless payment method or credit card to check in and out when I’m travelling?
Yes, please use the same payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Mobility Card) to check in and out during your trip. For example: when you check in with Apple Pay, then you also will need to use Apple Pay to check out. Using a different payment method for checking in and checking out during a single trip, will result in two separate check-ins being logged in your account.
