I can no longer log into the app. What do I do?

If you’ve entered an incorrect password too many times, your account will be blocked for 15 minutes. You will need to create a new password to unblock your account. To do this, go to MyXXImo and enter your e-mail address under ‘username’. Next, click on ‘forgot password’. Fill in your e-mail address again and click on send. You will now receive an e-mail containing a link to create a new password. Once you’ve completed this, use your e-mail address and newly created password to log into both the website and the app again.
