I have advanced the costs, because my mobility card didn’t work. How do I get that money back?

To submit an expense claim, open the Milo app and tap the calendar icon in the top navigation bar. In MyXXImo, go to ‘Planning and Allowances’ from the left-hand menu. In both cases, navigate to the ‘Expense Claims’ tab and tap the plus (+) icon to create a new claim.
