I have advanced the costs, because my mobility card didn’t work. How do I get that money back?
You can submit your claim in the Milo app or online, by logging in at our website ‘My XXImo’ using your cardholder account (username: example@gmail.com) and your password. On the left-hand side you will see a heading called expense claims. Click on this and enter the requested information.
