My public transport chip card is misplaced, lost or stolen. What do I do?

To block your public transport chip card, go to ‘My cards’ in the Milo app. Select the public transport chip card and click on ‘Click here’ under the heading ‘Block card’. Alternatively, call our service desk to have the card blocked.

Have you misplaced your XXImo mobility card or charging tag or is it lost or stolen? These can be blocked in the Milo app as well.
