My XXImo mobility card is misplaced, lost or stolen. What do I do?
Immediately block your card in the Milo app (log in, choose ‘my cards’, select the card and click on ‘block’), alternatively, call our service desk (from the Netherlands: 0900-1980, or outside the Netherlands +31 30 304 0641). After blocking the card, a new card will be created for you. Your PIN will remain the same.
Have you misplaced your charging tag or public transport card or is it lost or stolen? These can be blocked in the Milo app as well.
