You do not pay any additional costs to activate or use Google Pay.

Without internet you can pay a maximum of 10 times in the Netherlands and abroad. After that, you must reconnect the phone to the internet before you can make any new payments.

You can use Google Pay on all Android phones with Android 7 or higher that support NFC (Near Field Communication).
