Can I temporarily increase my balance by making a credit payment?
You can only increase your balance in the interim by making a credit payment. See the steps below for details. If you transfer the amount before 14:30, the credit will be added to the balance on your card on the following working day. If you transfer the amount after 14:30, the credit will be on your card on the second working day following payment.
1. Determine the amount of additional balance needed.
2. Find your XXImo account number.
- Do you have a physical card? The account number (8, 9, or 10 digits) is located at the bottom left of the card.
- Do you have a virtual card? Open the Milo app, click on 'Profile' at the bottom right of the screen, and then click on 'Details'. You will find your account number at the bottom under "Business".
3. Transfer the amount.
Transfer the amount to ABN Amro bank account IBAN NL92ABNA0504017500, in the name of XXImo B.V. Include only the XXImo account number in the payment description.
4. Your current card balance will be displayed in the Milo app.
Note: If you transfer the amount before 2:30 PM, the balance will appear on your card the next business day. If you transfer the amount after 2:30 PM, the balance will appear on the second business day after the payment date.
