Expect your questionnaire within three days after applying.
This time is needed for a preliminary review by the KYC/KYB team to determine what information is required. If you have not received it by then, contact us immediately.
If you are expected to be onboarded but you have not received a questionnaire on the same day, please reach out to us immediately. The KYC/KYB team will check the status of the questionnaire to prevent any delay on your KYC or KYC process.
