My verification failed. Do I need to fill out the questionnaire again?

If your ID verification failed, we will investigate the reason(s) for the failure and if neccessary the KYC team will send you a separate ID verification request including only ID verification and Company representative information. The KYC/KYB team will not send the full questionnaire if all information from the previous questionnaire has been provided correctly.
