What happens to my remaining prepaid balance?

Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded automatically to the bank account known to us within 90 days after your card has been terminated. This period is required to allow any outstanding transactions to be processed and settled correctly. To avoid any issues during this period, please ensure that your direct debit mandate remains active until the refund has been completed.
