The weekly collection specifications for month X do not correspond to the amount on the invoice for month X. How is this possible?

The weekly limit is topped up each week to the weekly limit set by you. This concerns your available prepaid credit. This amount will never correspond to the amount stated on the invoice, because the invoices only state those transactions that have actually been made by the cardholders.
