Can I have my XXImo mobility card unblocked?

When we receive a report about the loss or theft of a XXImo mobility card, we immediately block the relevant XXImo mobility card for security reasons. Subsequently unblocking the XXImo mobility card is not possible. You’ll need to request a replacement card. You can also block the card yourself, in the Milo app. Go to ‘My payment cards’ and select the card you want to block.
