With XXImo, you can sort out your employees’ mobility properly, once and for all. Because our Mobility Budget Package is fully in line with the federal mobility budget. Employees receive a Business XXImo Mobility Card for professional mobility costs, a Mobility Budget Card for private expenditures within the rules of the federal mobility budget, plus our handy Milo app. Milo shows the current budget, transactions and costs. Moreover, all mobility services and expenditures are shown on a single invoice with VAT breakdown, so you always have a clear overall view as an employer.

Permitted mobility services from the mobility budget are paid for with the Mobility Budget Card. The balance not used up in a month remains available for the next month. We call this a cumulative budget.
Possible mobility services: public transport, shared cars, shared bikes, shared scooters, taxis, international train tickets and short-term rental cars.
Professional mobility expenditures
Employer decides on available mobility services
Any mobility service can be activated per employee on their Business Mobility Card. For every service, a budget and region can be set per employee. All costs are shown on a single VAT invoice.
Possible mobility services: public transport, refuelling, parking/tolls, taxis, shared mobility, international travel, short-term car rental, food & beverages, airline tickets, hotels.

Any mobility service can be activated per employee on their Business Mobility Card. For every service, a budget and region can be set per employee. All costs are shown on a single VAT invoice.

The current budget balance is always visible in the Milo app. That means card holders won’t be faced with unpleasant surprises. And if your employee travels by train, for example, for each transaction Milo asks whether it should be paid for out of the Mobility Budget or via the Business Mobility Card. That way, the admin side is completely sorted. Which is both convenient and reassuring.
